3. leave ur BLOG URL or an EMAIL so that i can contact you may ur requests are done.
4. let me know the THEME of graphic you want (eg. SuperJunior, lolipop, cameras, etc)
5. and if you want a PARTICULAR MEMBER of a group/band, pls state (eg. Ryeo Wook from SuperJunior)
6. state if you want BANNERS/ICONS or BOTH
7. state the NUMBER of abnners/icons you want.
8. lastly, due date. depend on my schedule, some requests may not be done not time.
